Training and Education

CPRSX formed educational collaborations with Wageningen University and Research, the leading agricultural and food production educational institution in the Netherlands and with Delphy of Rotterdam. Delphy is the leading European skills development and learning institute, for food production and greenhouse operations. Quirino State University will collaborate with both Wageningen   University and Research and Delphy, to assist in the education and training of the Indigenous Peoples in the provinces of Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya and Aurora.

CPRSX is joined by our first two Indigenous educators, Dr. Jerry Perello and Tristam Palileo. They will be sent to the Netherlands for three months to undertake the food production and greenhouse management studies with Wageningen University and Research and Delphy to prepare them as the Indigenous teachers and educators. The first greenhouse to be constructed in Nueva Vizcaya, is a learning and skills development institution, operated in conjunction with Quirino State University, Wageningen University and Research and Delphy. Our first students will be the Indigenous Bugkalot, our other JV partners, selected agricultural specialists from Mindanao and other provinces.

Proper education and skills learning programs are important to adapt to the new technology and CPRSX food production systems. See the photo library below which displays the CPRSX food quality standards required, which cannot be obtained without undergoing the CPRSX 3 month, learning and skills development education and courses.
