Foundation Members

CPRSX is supported by a committed group of Australian farmers and other professionals in developing the CPRSX Climate Change Action Plan™, Project Eden and our Carbon Sequestration Forestry Rights Pool since 2007 the year in which Australia agreed to ratify the Kyoto Protocol. Our Foundation Members are aligned to the objectives of the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals.

We anticipate through our climate change action plan to develop upwards of 160 different climate change adaptation actions and commercially viable enterprises which will meet the global common objectives. CPRSX shall In due course, commence a corporate restructure and separate the REDD+ forestry projects from the Protected Food Production projects. Each will operate independently with their own board, managers and staff. The two companies will be responsible to a CPRSX management company, which we propose to list on the Stockmarket.

We propose to list our REDD+ forestry company and our Protected Food Production company in due course because we know that demand for off-set permits will not abate, due to the fact that some 51 billion tons of carbon emissions are emitted each year and that there is no way to sequester and remove these annual volumes for many decades.

Taking into account population growth, anticipated food price increases and the overarching need to produce enough food without clearing agricultural land, we anticipate the global demand for increased food production will not abate either.
